Position: Temporary Accounting Assistant
Pay Rate: $30 - $32/hr
Location: Vista, CA


QuickBooks Online is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, QuickBooks Online experience a MUST.

  • Post daily e-store transactions
  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Identify and monitor overdue accounts
  • Follow-up on Accounts Receivable to minimize delinquencies
  • Verify vendor billing accuracy, including product, quantities received and pricing
  • Monitor the accounts payable ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist in the resolution of any identified vendor discrepancies
  • Support month-end close by preparing and adjusting journal entries, supporting schedules, and accounting reconciliations.

Desired Skills, Attributes and Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in similar position
  •  Solid understanding of the full cycle of accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
