About Us:
At Saint Honore Bakery, we’re dedicated to crafting traditional French pastries with a commitment to quality and authenticity. Our team is passionate about baking, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Croissant Laminator to join us in creating beautiful, buttery, and flaky croissants.

Job Summary:
As a Croissant Laminator, you will be responsible for producing laminated doughs with precision and consistency. This role is essential to ensuring the quality of our croissants and laminated pastries. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dough lamination to produce croissants and other laminated products, including rolling, folding, and sheeting.
  • Maintain consistent quality and weight specifications for each batch.
  • Follow precise lamination schedules, resting times, and temperatures.
  • Collaborate with the baking team to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Monitor dough conditions and adjust as needed for optimal results.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with other bakery tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with laminated doughs preferred – we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods.
  • Basic understanding of bakery production or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
