Duties and Responsibilities

  • CRM Growth & Audience Strategy
    • Monitor and grow CRM databases across all owned channels
    • Develop acquisition strategies to expand opt-in patron lists
    • Report on engagement, retention, and churn metrics
  • Channel Ownership & Operations
    • Own execution and deployment of Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and In-App campaigns, including pre & post-show patron communications
    • Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud segmentation
    • Optimize lifecycle flows including abandon cart and loyalty journeys
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Define and track KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue influenced, churn
    • Partner with Business Intelligence to assess CRM performance
  • Vendor & Platform Management
    • Manage relationships with Salesforce, Attentive, and Validity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with Marketing Director on acquisition strategy
    • Partner with Ad Sales on reporting and performance insights
    • Support Group Sales CRM initiatives
