Entertainment Travel Consultant II
Full time, United States

The travel consultant is this primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation towards the Entertainment and Media customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related product.

As a Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will

  • Research, book, and manage travel reservations using approved tools and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel industry regulations.
  • Provide travelers with travel options, recommendations, and relevant travel advice.
  • Communicate accurate information on fares, exchanges, refunds, fees, and penalties.
  • Assist with travel documentation and regulatory requirements, including passports, visas, TSA, and DOT guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of travel conditions and Media & Entertainment industry trends.
  • Support client programs and company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

About you

  • Experience in the travel industry, preferably to have Entertainment Travel experience.
  • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
  • Knowledge of Media and Entrainment industry travel processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
  • Must be able to work: Monday - Friday 12 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
