Job description

A1 Body and Glass is currently interviewing individuals for a Collision Center Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Our Collision Center Manager will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with A1’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards. This position is suited for an individual that can perform as an operator/owner of this specific location. The long-term achievements and benefits that can come from success in this position can be discussed further during interview process.
