Entry Level Collision Technician

Department: Collision Center

Job Summary

Our Collision Center is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We are seeking an Entry Level Collision Technician who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in quality workmanship. No prior collision repair experience is required โ€” we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the collision repair industry with a growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and repair damaged vehicle parts under supervision

  • Communicate repair status clearly and professionally with the Body Shop Manager

  • Perform collision-related tasks as assigned

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • No prior experience required
