LEAD A HIGH-VOLUME COLLISION OPERATION

A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership group in the Albuquerque area is seeking an experienced Collision Center Manager to lead and grow its collision repair operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven collision industry leader who knows how to build strong teams, improve production, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven manager who can take ownership of daily operations while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, CSI, and financial performance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Collision Center Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of the collision center, including production, estimating, workflow, staffing, customer satisfaction, insurance relationships, and financial performance.

You will play a key role in building a high-performing team and creating a culture centered around accountability, productivity, quality, and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all day-to-day collision center operations
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop collision repair staff
  • Manage production schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor and improve department productivity and profitability
  • Review estimates, supplements, and repair orders for accuracy
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and partners
  • Monitor CSI and customer satisfaction results
  • Track departmental KPIs, production metrics, and financial performance
  • Ensure repairs follow OEM procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain top collision repair talent
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and profitability
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and performance-driven environment
  • Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and safety standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Previous experience in the automotive collision repair industry
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • CCC ONE experience required
  • Strong understanding of collision estimating and repair procedures
  • Knowledge of insurance claims and supplement processes
  • Strong understanding of collision center production and workflow
  • Proven ability to improve productivity and profitability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred:

  • CDK experience
  • Experience managing a high-volume operation
  • Strong background in KPI and financial performance management
