What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Coffee Roaster, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every batch of coffee meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bagging loose coffee and packaging orders for clients
  • Assisting in the roasting process to produce consistent, high-quality coffee.
  • Monitoring and maintaining roasting equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and refine roast profiles.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to USDA organic standards.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a coffee related role (coffee roasting experience is a plus!).
