Job description

Ce poste permanent est au centre-ville de Montréal en présentiel 5 jours par semaine.

Vous assisterez le PDG dans ses fonctions administratives quotidiennes:
-gestion de l'agenda, planification des rendez-vous, déplacements et réservations diverses
-gérer les courriels, les factures, comptes de dépenses
-organiser les réunions, effectuer la prise de notes et rédiger les comptes rendus
-maintenir le système de classement à jour ainsi que les archives
-agir comme point de liaison avec les différents départements
-rédaction de la correspondance, rapports, présentations etc...
-5 ans d'expérience  à titre d'adjoint(e) administrative avec beaucoup d'expérience en gestion d'agenda
-DEC en bureautique, administration ou équivalent
-Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office 
-Bilingue avec excellent français. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est nécessaire pour intéragir avec des intervenants à travers le Canada
-Gestion des priorités
-Éthique professionnelle hors pair
