Ready to start a career in healthcare? CFHC is excited to announce new Medical Assistant Apprentice opportunities through the InReach Career Pathways apprentice program.

This program offers an exceptional opportunity to train and develop hands-on skills in a real life patient care environment. This 12-month apprenticeship combines practical, on-the-job training with structured coursework to prepare participants for a rewarding career in healthcare. In this role you will be expected to participate in lab days, training sessions, and online coursework to build essential skills in patient care, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in clinical settings to gain hands-on experience, support healthcare teams by assisting with patient check-ins, basic medical procedures, and other essential clinic tasks.


Wage Range: $21.16 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

FTE: 1.0

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

  • Reliable transportation for lab days (locations vary across Washington State)
  • Commitment to attend lab days on Saturdays as required,
  • Access to a computer and internet for online learning,
  • Willingness to commit to 2 years post-program employment with CFHC, if hired by subsequent hiring process.
