Assistant Apprentice – Cemetery Industry North Bergen

Location: North Bergen, New Jersey
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Assistant Apprentice to support our leadership team in the cemetery management, Cremation Operations, cemetery compliance. This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone eager to grow, contribute daily, and develop expertise in a specialized industry.

You’ll be involved in Funeral Director relations, follow-up, communications, daily Documentation of cremations and Burials—all while learning the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow-Up & Communication: Communicate professionally via phone and email with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Execution: Help turn ideas into results by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • AI Utilization: Use AI tools effectively to research, draft, analyze, and streamline work.
  • Learning the Industry: Gain knowledge of cemetery operations, and management while supporting leadership on diverse projects.
  • Daily Results: Deliver consistent, measurable results on assigned projects and responsibilities.
