Job Summary (List Format):
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce by collaborating with business units.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and partner with developers for scalable solution implementation.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, process flows, and data maps.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices.
- Leverage over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years working with Salesforce.
- Utilize strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and working with Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe) using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification, and experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools is also desirable.
