Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in petroleum equipment.
  • Perform technical and mechanical tasks using power and hand tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Accurately complete service orders, reports, and documentation.
  • Travel between job sites in a company-provided vehicle to perform service and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including properly maintained company vehicle and uniform.
  • Accurately track truck inventory of repair parts and consumables.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as established by Eaton Sales & Service.
  • Obtain and maintain state and manufacturer certifications, including on-the-job, classroom, and online training.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand or walk frequently for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Climb up and down ladders and fuel dispensers.
  • Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical, electrical, or service industry experience (petroleum industry preferred).
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, read schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
  • Must be able to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
