Job description


TPI Composites Holdings, LLC is currently seeking a Travel Analyst responsible for daily administration of various US & Global travel as well as our field service team in Concur. Review and audit expense reports for accuracy, book flights, rental cars, hotels as well as assisting travel Manager with daily tasks including running reports, implementing processes and procedures. This is a high volume, fast-paced company. This is a remote role, however US based only- headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key accountabilities/responsibilities for this role include:
  • Book travel including flights, hotels, cars when necessary.
  • Process travel requests in accordance with company policy in Concur travel platform.
  • Monitor travel inbox in Outlook to assist associates.
  • Review and audit expense reports on a daily basis to align with our current travel policy.
  • Handles reporting requests in Concur travel platform.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Communicates effectively with associates as well as leaders to answer questions/concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assists with ongoing travel projects.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Escalates issues when necessary.
  • Cross trained on all aspects of travel for purposes of illness, vacation or emergencies.
  • On call weekends in team rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Associates Degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent training and experience may be substituted and considered.
  • 2+ years Concur travel platform preferred.
  • Demonstrates strict attention to detail.
  • Time management skills to ensure profiles are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to switch gears and multi-task efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, verbal and written.
