Reporting to the Vice President of Vendor and Strategic Transformation Management, theProjectManagerwill support the delivery of projectswithin the Corporate Finance & Strategy Office (CFSO),including ThirdParty Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Workspace Solutions.

This role will act as a project management generalist withinCFSO, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously and partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive execution. The analyst will perform core project management activities, helping bring structure, coordination, and momentum to projects in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

Depending on project assignment, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support endtoend execution ofCFSOprojects, including planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, timelines, status reports, action logs, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications
  • Track and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership as appropriate
  • Support project intake, sequencing, and prioritization activities within theCFSOportfolio
  • Assist with documenting currentstate and futurestate processes to support operational improvements
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and documentation requirements
  • Support testing, implementation, and golive activities related to procurement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, or PMOrelated roles
  • Experience supporting projects in procurement, sourcing, thirdparty risk, contracts, accounts payable, or shared services environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize work across multiple projects simultaneously

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage task lists, timelines, and followups across multiple workstreams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving work
  • Strong criticalthinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Collaborative, teamoriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) is a plus
  • Exposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plus

The typical base pay range for this role is between $76K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
