Your Role: Community Administrator
As a Community Administrator, you'll work closely with the Community Director, Business Manager, Leasing Manager, and onsite staff to provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents. This role blends administrative responsibilities with resident engagement and leasing support, helping create a positive first and lasting impression of the community.
What You'll Do:
• Manage the resident services desk and maintain an organized office environment
• Administer monthly rent collection, post rent and notices, and follow up on delinquencies
• Maintain accurate resident files and records
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries for residents
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing staff to support daily operations
• Answer phones and emails while handling resident inquiries and requests
• Assist in the sales process by touring prospective residents and helping lease new apartment homes
• Promote a proactive, customer-first environment and strengthen resident satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned to support community operations
What We're Looking For:
• 1-2+ years of administrative or customer service experience; property management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability to work 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Working weekends required)
• Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation & Perks:
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $24.50 per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
