Position Summary: HII: Mission Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the U.S. Army's Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) Systems and Integration Engineering (SIE) directorate in Warren, MI. HII's Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.

What you will do Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation. Assist with travel planning, and organize and schedule meetings with internal and external personnel.

Audit and approve expense reports. Take meeting notes and distribute accordingly. Assist the timesheets and respond to questions pertaining to recording time.

Work with engineers and provide reminders regarding timelines and tasking. Track and execute a varying requirements from a variety of sources. What we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.

Must have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance, therefore MUST be a US citizen Bonus if you have: Experience working in a DoD environment A Secret Clearance with the US Government Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
