Utilities Scheduler / Field Teamย Scheduler / Admin Assistant

Onsite: 2 days at Waukegan location, 2 days at Mundelein location, and the last dayย at either or.

Shift: 6:00am โ€“ 2:30pm

Location: Waukegan, IL & Mundelein, IL

Job Responsibilities

  • Workย across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs including scheduling compliance work, new service applications and demo requests.
  • Will be scheduling field service work on behalf of a utilities company - sending emails for requests and tracking
  • In anย office setting, perform organizational support duties; initiation and receipt of customer and field employee calls, scheduling of field tasks, creation of permit requests, and other administrative tasks.
  • Navigateย and utilizes various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system related information.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks.ย 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling field service work in the utilities or related industry like Gas, Water, Electric, Telecom
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School Diploma, HSED or GED
  • 5 + years โ€“ Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 5+ years experience working in an office setting
