  • 2+ years experience working on Project Budget support and maintenance.

  • Experience managing General Manager/Executive calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Experience with Ariba systems.
  • Experience using and creating Power BI reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Executive Travel schedule and calendar.
  • Issue Purchase Requisitions for all PEMC FAE.
  • Track and Receive all Project Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain budget tracking in SAP/Ariba and FAE standard systems.
  • Maintain budget KPI data and virtual dashboard.
  • Manage FAE PEMC Office and Office Assets.
  • Develop and maintain Annual Operating Budget for Office maintenance.
