About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Coordinator serves as a key operational partner to the Sales Team, helping manage strategic customer accounts, sales opportunities, account documentation, customer communications, and internal coordination efforts.

In this role, you will support enterprise-level sales initiatives by ensuring customers receive timely information, account records remain accurate, and internal teams remain aligned throughout the customer journey. Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Account Support & Customer Success
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

  • Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution by partnering with internal teams.

  • Support strategic account planning activities and customer retention efforts.

  • Provide customers with updates regarding orders, project status, documentation, and service requests.

  • Assist Sales Executives in maintaining and expanding key customer relationships.

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
  • Track active sales opportunities, quotations, proposals, and customer initiatives.

  • Support opportunity management activities throughout the sales cycle.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account data, and customer interactions.

  • Assist with forecasting, sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

  • Identify potential risks or obstacles that could impact customer satisfaction or revenue goals.

  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and business reviews.

Customer Data & Documentation Management
  • Collect, verify, and maintain customer account documentation including contracts, tax documentation, credit applications, and compliance records.

  • Ensure customer records remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Maintain organized digital records within CRM and ERP systems.

  • Support data integrity initiatives and reporting accuracy.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project Teams.

  • Assist with customer onboarding activities and account setup processes.

  • Support internal project coordination efforts related to customer deliverables.

  • Ensure critical information is communicated effectively across all stakeholders.

  • Help facilitate smooth execution of customer commitments and business initiatives.

CRM, ERP & Business Systems Administration
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data within CRM platforms.

  • Enter and manage information within ERP systems.

  • Support sales analytics, reporting, forecasting, and operational dashboards.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and scalability.

Industry & Company Representation
  • Represent EAE USA professionally during customer meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and company solutions.

  • Support business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.


QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field; OR equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred
