About the Role:

The Market Account Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sales Account Manager. This position will be solution-oriented to offset customer challenges and accelerate the time from referral to patient in the chair. This position will maximize data utilization and streamline customer outreach. This role will collaborate with the Sales Account Manager, Medical Doctors' Offices (MDOs), and other internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This role will improve the efficiency and customer satisfaction of the Palmetto experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Service Areas Included: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant healthcare license or experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
  • Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with managing customer relationships and reducing workload to allow for a focus on strategic initiatives and new business development. 
  • Leverage customer systems and tools to optimize referral management, communication, and satisfaction to drive performance improvements. 
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to minimize excessive outreach while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and MDOs. 
  • Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or issues, ensuring a positive experience for both MDOs and Palmetto Infusion. 
  • Work closely with internal teams and MDOs to streamline the referral process and reduce the time needed for patients to receive care. 
  • Minimize the need for Sales Account Manager follow-ups by taking ownership of customer communication and issue resolution. 
  • Spend time in the field with Sales Account Manager to understand market landscape and account dynamics, develop understanding of customer needs, foster strong relationships, and ensure in customers' understanding of Account Manager and Sales Account Coordinator roles.
