Job description

500° is looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is crucial in supporting the client-facing account services team. This is a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment where you will assist with client communication, coordinating project tasks, and contributing to the overall success of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support of Account Services team; Assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status
  • Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as:
  • Creating and updating change orders
  • Routing artwork/creative assets
  • Documenting client calls
  • Updating status
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary
  • Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution
  • Travel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations

What You'll Need:

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Must be fluent in MS Office Suite
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills
  • Prior agency experience is a plus
  • Keynote fluency is an added bonus
