Job description


As a Product Manager for Core Employee Data and Documents, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from strategy and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement -driving simplification, automation, risk reduction, and strong data outcomes across global employee workflows. You will act as the voice of the customer and partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and functional leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also manage and develop a product team, fostering a culture of growth and trust through coaching, clear expectations, and empowerment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned to business goals, stakeholder needs, and evolving compliance requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, ideation, requirements definition, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing business value, user experience, risk posture, reliability, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive discovery and stakeholder engagement to identify customer problems, translate needs into scalable solutions, and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable features and deliver outcomes across regions.
  • Champion process simplification and automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk and to expand secure self-service capabilities.
  • Ensure strong data quality, security, and controls alignment, including clear ownership of data standards and operational outcomes.
  • Define, track, and communicate product success metrics (e.g., adoption, efficiency, reliability, risk reduction) and provide reporting/analytics to guide decisions and next steps.
  • Prepare and deliver clear updates, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership, including roadmaps and steering committee materials.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex, agile environment, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of product professionals - setting priorities, supporting career development, and reinforcing strong product practices and delivery discipline. Foster a culture of growth and trust by creating psychological safety, encouraging continuous learning, and enabling the team to take ownership and deliver outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • People leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent, role-model strong product practices, and strengthen team delivery cadence while delivering outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities across discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, launch, and value management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy, security, and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization with cross-regional coordination and experience working in agile teams and applying agile methodologies to deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong Oracle HCM Cloud experience or equivalent HR system experience.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR data concepts, controls, and downstream integrations/consumers.
  • Familiarity working with regulatory or compliance-driven products and operational controls.
