Join a growing manufacturing organization as a Facilities Reliability & Maintenance Manager and play a key leadership role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and efficiency of critical facility operations. In this position, you'll lead maintenance and asset management strategies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee facility infrastructure, and manage a team focused on maximizing uptime and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on facility performance while supporting continued expansion and growth.

  • Monitor reliability metrics such as PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, equipment uptime, and maintenance performance to drive data-based improvements.
  • Manage maintenance contractors, service providers, budgets, and capital improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate major maintenance outages, infrastructure upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the facilities and maintenance team through performance management, workforce planning, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience implementing and managing CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, Fiix, or similar).

  • Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, budgets, and capital projects.
  • Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, building infrastructure, and manufacturing facility operations.
