Job description

We're looking for an experienced, well-versed, and tenacious Special Assets banker to join our credit administration team.
Individual must be located in Colorado or Nebraska
Signing Bonus may apply.
Adams Bank & Trust is a family owned regional bank with 23 locations in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, and Arizona. We provide Commercial, Agriculture, Retail, Trust, and Financial Advising services, as well as online and app capabilities.
This is a full time position that can be based out of any of our branches in Colorado or Nebraska. Additionally, the bank provides a comprehensive and competitive benefit package, including 401(k), health insurance, life insurance and paid time off.
POSITION SUMMARY: Has primary responsibility for the management of adversely graded and past due loans ("Special Assets"), working closely with banker(s) and others to restructure credits, when necessary, secure collateral, equity, or other assets of the borrower, preserve loan principal, gather interest as possible, manage collection expense and prevent loan losses.
