If you have experience in helping lease vacant units, knowledgeable in processing rent applications, enjoys touring potential tenants around the property and is a team player - then that makes you one of our top candidates!

As an assistant property manager, you will join CCI's team of Regional Property Supervisor, property manager, maintenance technician, porter, service coordinator, and staff accountant.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and carry out all policies in dealing with properties, Property Manager, Property Supervisor, Director, and tenants.
  • Abide by all HUD management and 4350.3 guidelines.
  • Respond in an appropriate manner to all actions that involve or influence the property being managed.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all governing regulations, codes, and laws as well as other state and local authorities.
  • Maintain good tenant relations.
  • Attend work with regularity and punctuality.
  • Has great customer service and accuracy skills
  • Prior experience in property management helpful
  • Familiar with Affordable Housing/Project-Based Section 8 and/or Tax Credit helpful
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
  • Computer literacy required
