We are a Commercial Residential Property Management Firm in MD and DC and we are looking for a part time office admin/property manager assistant for maintenance coordination, asset management, property management, and administrative tasks. This position will become full time within the next 90 days.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Need Reliable transportation to and in-between buildings
  • Will need to work on site from the office in Silver Spring or in DC
  • Have experience using Property Management software, Microsoft Products, and Good communication skills.
  • Be Punctual and able take ownership of tasks given.
  • Team player

Position is a 1099 contractractor and we pay $20.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience and effectivness with room to grow into a W2 permenant position if you are a good fit.

We are growing as a company, aggressively adding assets under management, and are looking for long term core team players who align with our long term vision.

Need to be willing to work alone, self starter, and complete assigned tasks in a proficient manner at a quick pace while working around a dynamic schedule. Customer service and productivity/efficiency are top priorities as well as quality of work.
