Job description

The firm is recruiting a Vice President to its Real Estate & Asset Banking practice. Vice Presidents lead real estate transactions end-to-end — managing acquisition processes, structuring financings, and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for principal clients.

The role demands genuine real estate execution credibility, fluency across financing markets, and the judgement to advise principals on the structuring, jurisdiction, and tax implications of significant real estate decisions.

Suited to candidates with substantive prior real estate investment banking, debt arrangement, or principal-side experience.

Requirements
  • 6–10 years' relevant experience, including substantive transaction or mandate leadership
  • Established credibility with clients, counterparties, and counsel
  • Track record of independent execution on complex matters
  • Cross-border fluency expected
