Electronic Assembly Supervisor Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturing company who is seeking an Electronic Assembly Supervisor / Shop Foreman to join their team. The Electronic Assembly Supervisor will lead manufacturing and assembly teams who assemble and repair electronic components. The ideal Electronic Assembly Supervisor has multiple years of experience managing an Electronic Assembly team, has hands-on bench experience with electronic assembly and repair, and has superior organizational and communication skills. The Electronic Assembly Supervisor is a full-time, direct hire position in Rosenberg, TX.


Electronic Assembly Supervisor Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead & Manage a Team of Electronic Technicians, Assemblers, & Repair Specialists Including Scheduling, Performance Evaluations, & Providing Mentorship
  • Oversee Daily Workshop Operations, Including Assigned Tasks, Monitoring Progress, & Ensuring Projects Are Completed on Time With High Quality Standards 
  • Assist With Assembly & Repair of Complex Electronic Circuits & Components
  • Ensure a Safe Work Environment For All Team Members 
  • Manage & Order Inventory of Electronic Parts, Tools, & Equipment 
  • Provide Technical Support & Training on New Equipment, Repair Techniques & Best Practices 
  • Work With Other Departments Including Engineering & Quality Assurance 
  • Address Technical Issues & Improve Product Design & Repair Processes


Electronic Assembly Supervisor Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
