Production Associate Job Details:

  • Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 1:00 PM–11:30 PM (training M-F 6-2:30 flexible)

  • Pay Rate: $18 + $1.50 Shift Differential

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to- Hire

  • Location: Easton, PA


Production Associate Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small metal components according to work instructions and specifications

  • Operate forming machines to shape metal parts to required size and angles

  • Carefully position components into fixtures or molds before machine operation

  • Activate machine controls to perform shaping processes

  • Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy in size, angles, etc

  • Inspect parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies


Production Associate Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

  • High attention to detail and quality standards

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision

  • Basic measurement and math skills
