HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Production Associate-Assembly

Production Associate-Assembly (Temp to Hire)

Shift: 2nd Shift

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour 

$100 Referral Bonus

MS Companies is HIRING IMMEDIATELY for an energetic, experienced and self-motivated Production Associates to join our team within our rapidly growing 14-state footprint.

This valued team member will need to be capable of testing, documenting, and reporting on products within the manufacturing job site using MS Companies’ state-of-the-art technology.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Arrive each day on time
  • Communicate with leadership quickly and effectively
  • Safely produces and/or assembles product by following written job Instructions and in accordance to training and instruction at various processes.
  • Produces, inspects, packages, and labels products according to instruction and training.
  • Performing necessary tests of product and equipment according to established standards
  • Records test/check results as required
  • Uphold the MS Companies’ standard of quality and service

Job Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing background preferred
  • Excellent attendance is a must 
  • Must have proof of education(High School Diploma or GED)
  • Ability to stand for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation 
  • Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
  • Compliance with policies and governmental regulations
