Production Associate Details:
  • Location: Ashland, VA
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30PM – 11PM
  • Pay Rate: $21.45/hour
Production Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders on an assembly line with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly of products
  • Assemble components of custom light switches, circuits, lighting systems, and window coverings
  • Assist in metal shop operations, including cutting and cleaning metal
  • Install brackets, bolts, screws, and other hardware onto units
  • Perform material handling tasks to support production flow
  • Enter inventory transactions accurately into the computer system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Production Assistant Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
