Details for the Production Associate:
  • Schedule:
    • Full Time 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:15pm
    • Full Time 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:15pm
    • Full Time 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11pm-7:15am
    • Weekend Part Time 3rd Shift: Saturday-Sunday 11pm-7:15am
  • Direct Hire (not contracted or temp)
  • 401k and full benefits after a probationary period
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Production Associate:
  • Operates and maintains all manufacturing equipment for the production of chemical products
  • Prepares reagents according to procedures and in order of priority.
  • Maintains and records accurate record keeping including machine performance, and product samples.
  • Assists in the daily equipment setup for any machine as needed.
  • Package finished products as required.
  • Assures that production rates and quality standards are being met and addresses any issues impeding such progress.
Job Requirements for the Production Associate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity or experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must. The position requires communication with other production personnel, Research and Development, and Quality Control.
  • Must be able to transport up to 40lbs - 50 lbs.
