Manufacturing Production Associate - 1st Shift

We are currently accepting applications for full-time Manufacturing Production Associates in multiple departments at our Stevensville, MD facility.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Starting Pay:ย $17.00/hour with the opportunity for up to a $1.00/hour increase after 90 days

We hire for a variety of manufacturing areas, and responsibilities will vary depending on department assignment. Specific duties and department placement will be discussed during the interview process.

No prior guitar-building experience is required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift 15-25 pounds, depending on department assignment
  • Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus on detailed work
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and vibration
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
