The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Apply analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas or improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Will be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 15 to 20 weeks with expenses paid

  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids, lifting up to 50 lbs. , bending, stooping, walking

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
