Assembly Associate โ€“ FRI
Openings on 1st amp; 3rd shifts (3rd shift includes a $2.00/hour shift differential)

Ready to keep the line humming and quality soaring? As an Assembly Associate at FRI, youโ€™ll be right in the actionโ€”loading and unloading parts, performing light assembly and precision inspections, following standard work, tracking production and scrap in our ERP system, and owning a safe, clean workspace with 5S standards. Every shift, you help deliver the high-quality parts our customers count on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow visual cards and packing standards while keeping part counts dead-on accurate
  • Inspect parts with gauges, swap reamers and pins as needed, and flag quality or equipment issues the moment they appear
  • Move materials with a pallet jack, build boxes, help unload containers, and consistently hit productivity targets
What You Need
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Solid basic math skills and the judgment to make smart decisions independently
Physical Requirements

Youโ€™ll be on the moveโ€”standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. Youโ€™ll also push/pull full gaylords using the proper equipment.
