Pittsboro, IN Assembly Team Member โ€“ Terra Equipment

Terra Equipment located in Pittsboro IN is looking for a motivated and dependableย Assembly Team Memberย to join our production team. In this role, youโ€™ll support our manufacturing operations by assembling products and components, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and helping ensure quality and efficiency across the line. Working hours 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F. Brand new manufacturing facility with a clean climate controlled work area.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with team members to assemble complete products and individual components
  • Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow and cross-training
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products and parts meet company standards
  • Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields preferred
  • Comfortable using common assembly tools and equipment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift components as needed
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Self motivated and able to perform with little direction
  • Must be able to be on your feet for several hours
