Assembler Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a manufacturing facility that is searching for an Assembler to join their team.  The Assembler will use wires, cables, terminals, and hand tools to build complex cable harnesses.  The ideal Assembler has previous assembly or manufacturing experience, is able to stand for extended periods, follow detailed blueprints, and work with their hands and tools to perform assembly tasks. The Assembler position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Victor, NY.


Assembler Job Responsibilities:

  • Picking Materials & Gathering Tools Required For Assembly 
  • Follow Blueprints to Assemble Cable Harnesses 

Assemblers Will Perform Complex Harness Builds & Assist With Troubleshooting Equipment 

  • Perform Quality Control Tests on Completed Harnesses & Equipment
  • Prepare Harnesses & Completed Equipment For Shipment 
  • Assemblers Will Work With Engineers & Assist With Training New Employees 
  • Follow All Quality Control Procedures 


Assembler Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 
  • Previous Assembly Experience Preferred But Not Required
  • Must be Able to Work Independently, With a Team & Learn New Skills 
  • Demonstrates Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills 
  • Use Hands For Assembly of Items of a Variety of Sizes 
  • Must be Able to Stand For Extended Periods & Keep a Clean Work Area  
  • Demonstrates a Strong Work Ethic With a Commitment to Excellence
