• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients requiring physical therapy due to injury, illness, or surgical recovery.
• Establish and implement evidence-based treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment goals are met and adjusted as necessary.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and the correct usage of assistive devices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies for patients.
• Participate in continuing education workshops and stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in the field of physical therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population spanning all ages, from pediatric to geriatric clients, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Our patient-focused approach ensures that we tailor treatments to meet individual needs, ultimately leading to better recovery outcomes and improved quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State license in Physical Therapy, signifying the ability to practice clinically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• Ability to adapt and remain agile in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a variety of diagnoses.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
