What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for driving the growth of Aspire Insurance by developing new commercial relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to business owners.

You'll get to:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners, executives, and referral partners
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community involvement
  • Design customized insurance solutions
  • Present proposals and negotiate coverage
  • Build and retain a profitable commercial book of business
  • Collaborate across Haga Kommer companies to provide holistic financial solutions
What We're Looking For Required
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance producer experience
  • Experience building and growing a commercial book of business
  • Strong business development and networking skills
Preferred
  • Existing commercial relationships
  • Life & Health License
  • Experience serving middle-market businesses
