Western Engineering Co Inc is currently hiring Asphalt Paving Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to asphalt paving projects including preparing materials, supporting equipment operation, and ensuring that paving jobs are completed efficiently and safely. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start or grow their career in the construction industry with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and application of asphalt materials on paving projects.
  • Support the operation of paving equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite adhering to safety standards.
  • Work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to minimize risks on site.

Requirements
