What You'll Do

  • Apply sealcoat, crackfill, and line striping with precision
  • Prep job sites through cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup
  • Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained, supportive crew
  • Contribute to projects that blend engineering discipline with artistic detail
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful job site
  • Represent the Doctor Asphalt Way craftsmanship, communication, and pride

  • Comfortable working outdoors in both hot and cold weather
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Willingness to learn no experience required, but experience helps

  • Must be willing to travel out of state for 24 weeks at a time, and be available for local work in either Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred
