Job description

The Plumbing Service Technician will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and sales performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Analysis: Identify plumbing issues and determine the necessary tools and materials for repair.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare written estimates of work costs for customers.
  • Installation and Repair: Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, considering the existing infrastructure.
  • Tool Usage: Utilize a variety of plumbing tools and equipment effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Locate and repair pipe and pipeline systems using various methods.
  • Leak Diagnosis: Identify and repair leaks from unknown sources.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
