Sign Installer / Sign Technician Location: Holly Springs, NC Job Type:
Full-Time - In Person Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience) About the Role We are looking for dependable, hardworking Sign Installers to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves installing interior and exterior signage at commercial buildings, construction sites, and active facilities. Previous experience in signage, construction, or installation is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • Install interior and exterior signs according to plans and specifications Work with a variety of materials, including: Vinyl Acrylic Metal ADA-compliant signage Safely operate hand and power tools Use ladders, lifts, and other access equipment Read and follow layouts, site plans, and installation instructions Take jobsite photos and document completed work Communicate project progress with supervisors and team members Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
Requirements • • • • • • • Experience in signage, construction, or installation work preferred (not required) Ability to use basic tools such as drills, levels, and tape measures Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel and stay overnight (per diem provided) Preferred Qualifications • • Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, or other aerial equipment Knowledge of ADA signage installation 1• • Familiarity with CompanyCam or digital plan-reading software Basic understanding of measurements, layouts, and construction drawings
