Sign Installer / Field Technician
Holly Springs, NC Full-Time $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Job Overview We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Sign Installers to join our team. This is a hands-on role installing interior and exterior signage across commercial buildings, construction sites, and active facilities. If you have experience in construction, signage, or installation work, that’s a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person. Responsibilities ● Install interior and exterior signage according to plans and specifications ● Work with materials including vinyl, acrylic, metal, and ADA signage ● Use hand and power tools safely and effectively ● Operate ladders, lifts, and other access equipment ● Read and follow layouts, site plans, and installation instructions ● Take jobsite photos and document completed work ● Communicate progress with team members and supervisors ● Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements ● Experience in signage, construction, or installation preferred (not required) ● Ability to use basic tools (drills, levels, tape measures, etc.) ● Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various conditions ● Reliable and punctual ● Ability to lift 50+ lbs ● Valid driver’s license ● Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed (per diem provided) Preferred (Not Required)
