JM Eagle, the world’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Finance & Operations to support engineering and equipment-related projects across our 20+ manufacturing facilities. This role is primarily administrative and finance-focused, supporting routine project tracking, invoice processing, budget monitoring, and coordination between internal teams and vendors.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work involving numbers, documentation, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and log project proposals, approvals, and progress updates with project engineers
  • Prepare and update project spend reports, budgets, and Statements of Activity using the AS400 system
  • Process invoices, purchase requisitions, payments, and approvals in coordination with Accounting
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and capital plans
  • Maintain project documentation, purchasing records, and close-out files
  • Coordinate with personnel across multiple manufacturing plants regarding routine project updates
  • Support spare parts and equipment purchasing activities through internal systems
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, lead times, and invoice discrepancies
  • Assist the Engineering team with routine scheduling, reporting, and administrative support
  • Occasional travel to JM Eagle plants or supplier locations as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, finance administration, logistics, or operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (AS400 preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with numbers and tracking spend
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a routine, structured role with recurring tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
