Job Description:
Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Artificial Intelligence Specialist to support program efforts within Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps. Ideally, this individual will be intimately familiar with Marine Corps logistics systems, logistics data and logistics data sources, and Marine Corps organization and structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to HQMC stakeholders on the availability / utility of Artificial Intelligence products in the Department of War portfolio with specific focus on agentic capabilities
- Provide guidance to HQMC stakeholders on Artificial Intelligence policy decisions with a focus on agentic capability changes
- Using available technology, create Artificial Intelligence agents for testing and use by Marine Corps stakeholders at HQMC and across the enterprise
- Provide guidance and support for the testing and implementation of Artificial Intelligence agentic governance
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning agentic tools
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with data analytics, data engineering, software engineering, or similar roles
  • Master's degree in Computer systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity of the organization structure of the Marine Corps operating forces, the Support Establishment, Reserves, and other DoD agencies
  • Have a mastery of HQMC administrative organization, processes, and procedures
  • Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in knowledge management to include 1) assessing needs and defining strategy, 2) analyze and design, 3) pilot and implement, 4) monitor and improve.

Security Clearance:
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
