Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions for Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP Fieldglass.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management.
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass integrations using APIs, SAP ERP/S4 HANA, SuccessFactors, or other third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of business processes related to procurement, vendor management, and workforce management.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Good understanding of SAP Fieldglass security, user roles, and permissions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
