Business Process Analyst โ€“ Service Procurement (SAP S2P)

Location: Oakland, CA

Onโ€‘site Requirements: Hybrid โ€“ Onsite 3 days per week

Type: Direct Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst โ€“ Principal level to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP transformation program focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in SAP Service Procurement and a passion for driving change in complex enterprise environments.

Youโ€™ll play a key role in shaping the future of procurement operations, working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements for Service Procurement.
  • Fit-to-Standard Analysis: Evaluate SAP standard functionalities against business needs and identify gaps.
  • Collaboration with System Integrators: Develop and validate test scripts and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT cycles, track defects, and ensure resolution.
  • Change Management & Training: Drive user adoption through training programs and change management strategies.
  • End-User Enablement: Create documentation and deliver workshops to support end-user readiness.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of SAP-related experience.
  • 5+ years of functional experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P).
  • Strong experience in SAP Service Procurement.
  • Professional Experience with SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass.
  • Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (ECC or S/4HANA).
