Job Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the HR Systems team, responsible for supporting, configuring,maintaining, and enhancing HR technology solutions. This role primarily supports SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central while contributing to the broader HR systems landscape, includingadditionalSuccessFactors modules,SAP R/3,ServiceNow HR Service Delivery,SAP Fieldglass, integrations, reporting platforms, and related applications.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central in a production environment, including employee data, organizational management, position management, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, data loads, reporting, integrations, and release management. In addition, the ideal candidate is comfortable supporting or learning other SuccessFactors modules and HR platforms as business needs evolve.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support forSAPSuccessFactors Employee Central andother HR systems, ensuring system stability, data integrity, andtimelyissue resolution.
  • Support the broader HR technology landscape,including other SuccessFactors modules,SAP R/3,ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SAP Fieldglass, HR integrations/APIs, reporting solutions, and ancillary HR applications.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IS&T,externalvendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and improve functionality, user experience, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues related to transactions, workflows, permissions, business rules, integrations, data replication, reporting, releases, upgrades, and enhancements,escalating issues whenappropriate.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of system components such asworkflows, business rules, integrations, APIs, data processes, technical designs, process flows, test scripts, and support procedures.
  • Perform and/or coordinate unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation for SuccessFactors modules, HR integrations, and other related HR systems.
  • Support interface, API, and replication maintenance between SAP SuccessFactors and upstream or downstream systems such as SAP R/3, ServiceNow HRSD, SAP Fieldglass, reporting platforms, data platforms, and other HR applications.
  • Conduct data validation, manage data uploads, perform mass data changes, and run audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data across systems.
  • Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors releases, roadmap items, and new functionality; assess impacts across Employee Central and other modules and recommend opportunities for process and system improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with direct experience in Employee Central strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting HR systems configuration, testing, data maintenance, reporting, workflows, integrations, APIs, and production issue resolution.

  • Experience supporting multiple HR systems, HR modules, or cross-platform HR technology solutions preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including employee data, foundation objects, organizational structures, position management, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, picklists, event reasons, data imports, and related configuration.
  • Working knowledge of one or more additional SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, Career Development, Employee Profile, or People Analytics preferred.
  • Knowledge of core HR processes and functions, including employee lifecycle events, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations, Learning, global or international employment processes, and related organizational, position, compensation, and talent transactions.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, analyze complex issues, learn new systems, and drive solutions to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accreditation or certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Accreditation, certification, or hands-on experience in one or moreadditionalSAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, post-go-live support, stabilization, optimization, or global production support.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, data replication, Integration Center, APIs, middleware-supported interfaces, or cross-system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reports, Table Reports, People Analytics, or related reporting solutions.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 HR, ServiceNow HRSD, SAP Fieldglass, or other enterprise HR technology platforms.
