In this role, you won't just be "selling"; you'll be a strategic partner to businesses, helping them solve their most critical challenge: finding the right talent. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and prospect new client companies through cold calling, networking, social selling, and territory management. Prior experience selling into MSP accounts. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, hiring cycles, and organizational culture.

Relationship Management: Manage and expand existing accounts by ensuring high service levels and identifying additional staffing needs (Direct Hire, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire). Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, local labor market data, and competitor activity to position our services effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with our Recruitment Team to ensure candidates presented align perfectly with the client's expectations.
