The Arthrex Experience (AX) team supports the planning and execution of customer visits and campus experiences, showcasing Arthrex's innovation, people, and culture while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to ensure every visit is impactful and memorable. We are looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven intern who is excited to learn about customer engagement, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare innovation environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong attention to detail, a passion for creating exceptional experiences, and a willingness to take initiative. This internship will run from January 2027 - April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective:
To support the Arthrex Experience and Communication teams through planning, logistics and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support development, marketing, implementation, communications and sales support to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist AX Marketing Lead in all marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Support in presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Collect and present detailed notes for each Health Care Professional (HCP) and Administrator coming to campus to prepare internal stakeholders for on-site meetings.
  • Collect, analyze, and present visit metrics regarding the HCP on-site activities and overall experience.
  • Monitor team inbox and triage requests as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders on various ongoing tasks and projects including but not limited to education materials and training guides for sales agencies.

Education and Experience:
Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or Hospitality. A college senior or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented and strong public speaking skills required.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
