How you will make an impact 

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts, maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Manage an active portfolio of accounts, maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Conduct regular customer touchpoints including site visits, operational check-ins, planning meetings, and executive reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that support customer capital projects, maintenance needs, and expansion initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue additional service opportunities including facility expansions, change orders, maintenance programs, and long-term service agreements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction teams to position ARMI for repeat work and multi-phase projects.
  • Monitor account health by reviewing payment trends, outstanding receivables, and potential risks in partnership with Accounting.
  • Support pricing discussions, service agreement renewals, and contract reviews to ensure alignment with project scope and profitability targets.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff through execution and closeout.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and support project closeout efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

What You Need to Succeed 

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in Industrial equipment and installation, preferably within food, beverage, or dairy processing facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications. 
  • Sales experience, preferred 
  • Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
  • Experience with Pipe Drive, preferred. 
  • OSHA 30, preferred 
  • Availability to travel up to 60% of the time. 
  • Availability to worknights, holidays and weekends as needed. 
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
