Position Summary:
Argus of Colorado seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, with a commitment to set weekly hours. Our team values positive, energetic, client-focused professionals.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities.
  • Provide meal prep, feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support mobility using canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts.
  • Respond to client needs with a cooperative attitude.
  • Communicate with primary caregivers on care plans.
  • Meet productivity goals and document visits per agency standards.
  • Maintain contact with the scheduler regarding caseload.
  • Participate in professional development to enhance skills.
  • Use a provided tablet for charts, mileage, and route mapping.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
  • Current CNA License (required upon start date)
  • Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • One year experience in home health preferred
