FPG provides day to day cleaning and maintenance services to a variety of clients from schools, universities,

medical facilities, dealerships, airports, homeowner associations and many more.


We have a quality control & safety manager who overseas our accounts to ensure that the quality and safety meets

our level of expectations. Our area mangers are in charge of overseeing a series of accounts in which they handle all

the hiring, supply control, and training for supervisors, lead porters, housekeepers, janitors and the maintenance

team.

About the Role:

The Area Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple operational sites within a designated geographic region to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence by coordinating with site managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Area Supervisor acts as a liaison between upper management and frontline teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that corporate policies and procedures are effectively executed. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, team leadership, and resource management to meet business objectives and support growth. Ultimately, the Area Supervisor ensures that all locations under their supervision operate smoothly, safely, and profitably while fostering a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
