Business Development Manager

A leading manufacturer of advanced cutting and forming equipment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow business in the Greater Chicago area. This role focuses on capital equipment (Press Brakes and/or Laser) sales, customer engagement, and technical expertise within metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional press brake sales and execute territory strategy
  • Conduct live equipment demos and present technical capabilities
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and monitor market activity
  • Provide technical support and application guidance

Qualifications
